Talking In reply to Jarod's thread.....here's my comments

I'm not sure if I should be flattered or thank those guys on 6-speed since my thread had gotten more exposure than if I put it on Ebay I think.....

Since most of you guys know me locally I wanted to give you the "whole" story and let you be the judge. Any of you who met me knows I would NEVER defraud or scam anyone out of money. I'm certainly NOT about to start that now or ever!

here's what happened to the Audi R8:

The quick recap is that I made a post for a feeler to see if anyone wanted my Audi R8 order that I placed but do not want the car anymore. Simply put there is NO WAY I can afford it right now.

Only a deposit was made on my end with the Audi dealer and the dealer promised the car to me at MSRP at which point I'm asking $15k over to get the car. I told each potential buyer to just give me a letter of intent to buy with ability to cancel at anytime. Dealers locally in the bay area want $50k over MSRP for the car so I thought it was a pretty fair deal.

Somehow this all got blown over context and people are saying I do not have a car WHEN IN FACT I NEVER DID SAY I HAD THE CAR YET AS IT'S ON ORDER!

I think some people are mad cuz I'm selling for over MSRP but this is just business and no different than someone selling their Supra for more than what they paid for example. The simple fact is that if anyone has this chance to make money, we'd all take it right?

If you need more clarification, let me know but I hope this would put this drama to rest and if you guys want PM me!

S4PLAY,

It's obvious you DO NOT have an R8 or GT3 to sell to anyone. If anyone spends the time reading the 6speedonline threads and your replies, it is clear there are tons of inconsistencies in your story.

By the way, what happen to the Gallardo you said you had on another forum?

Just admit you made up all these lies.

Yeah tell me about it. One of them had a guy with her but they were way to young for me and I am married or I was at that time.

Here is a link where S4PLAY stated on the Lambo board that he already had his 997 GT3 and was enjoying it, but was considering a Gallardo SE instead.

What a liar, since he never even purchased the GT3.

How do you explain this one Rick (S4PLAY)??????

A quick exerpt from 6speedonline in regards to S4PLAY:

Thus, he must resort to "Poserballing" to gain recognition and prestige. In and of itself, poserballing is generally innocuous and widespread. However, when you start listing cars for sale that you don't have and inquiring about cars that you can't afford, it can get very annoying. On top of this, Rick does this on at least 5 car sites. It's a considerable waste of time for potential buyers and sellers and we all get bored listening to his tales of his "near-purchases" of Ferraris, Lamborghinis, high end Porsches,Mercedes and (fill in your car here). And with all this, he's still driving his S2000....

On the bright side, this has brought a lot of eyeballs into 6speed and has provided entertainment for many.

S4PLAY you definitely are a "POSERBALLER"
