remanned OEM (depending on the condition of the core when refurbished) are fine in my experience, but only for those who can get labor free or can do it themselves so you can swap them out to your heart's content. I had a hookup at sears to give me a 45$ reman with lifetime warranty.. beats the hell out of getting used OEM IMO.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm considering bringing the S to next week's milpitas meet, to see if anyone would want to drive my car and give me their input on what may be happening to my car if anyone is willing to help.

UPDATE 12/11/12

I haven't driven my car much since the last time I posted on this thread, maybe putting only 50 miles total. An observation I've noticed that I totally forgot to add the first time:

-My steering wheel doesn't feel as "direct" as it used to; it feels like there is some play and the steering isn't as tight as it used to be.

Some of the people I addressed this to say it might be the tie rods. Any input?
