Redlight tickit
How much do these go for?
I'm going to be fighting this b/c there was another car behind me(stock black camry) and the bike cops pulls me over. The other car was in his line of sight and when I asked him why did he pull me over and not the car behind me, he denied it and said I was the only car. WTF, this is during AM rush hour how can I be the only car when theres cars everywhere and theres one right behind me?????.
Another thing that really pissed me off was after he said I was the only car he had a smirk on his face that made me want to throw my hott coffee on his oink oink biatch face!!
I didnt run the light I was still in the intersection when it turned red due to traffic with a 2 lane merge onramp.

I'm sorry that he singled you out, but IMHO, you don't have a case.
Next time, try not to be situation where you are in the middle of intersection blocking traffic. You could have waited before the stoplight until the traffic is flowing. I don't think you can fight this one.
Or better yet, next time drive a Camry.

But the problem is, traffic WAS moving at the time I was in the intersection then all traffic stopped which force me to be stuck about 8ft from the cross walk.

I got one last year by Red Light Photo Enforcement at the intersection of Blacow Road and Stevenson in Fremont.
The camera caught me for not completely stop before right turn (even though there were no cars). Paid $375 and $25 for traffic school.
Went to traffic court in hope of reducing the fine. No argument for me since Judge showed me both digital video and still pics on his desktop. But it was an interesting experience to sit through 50+ minor cases before my case.
