Red Robin
So my girlfriend and I went to Red Robin at around 5:30pm for dinner and the closest one was at Rivermark Plaza in Santa Clara. We've been there a lot of times and already expected 5/5 service and such.
We ordered our food like we usually do and waited. We saw our food come out under the lamps and we got excited so we waited for our waitor to drop it off. We sat there for a good 10 minutes WATCHING our food get cold. While our food was getting cold, they decided to have a 'meeting' in the kitchen and completely forgot about our food. By the time they were done and we got our food, it was just cold, soggy, and a waste of money.
We sucked it up and ate about half way through our burgers and couldn't eat anymore since it was just not satisfying. Our waitor on the other hand, thought I wanted to start sh!t with him by the way I looked and called his manager over. Manager asked us a couple questions and my gf said her burger was cold. Of course if my gf's burger was cold, mine would be cold as well but he couldn't put 2 and 2 together. I later on told him again that mine was cold as well and he gave me a VERY threatening look rather than satisfying his customers. As I was explaining to him that I would pay half for my meal since I ate half, he completely disrespected me by not letting me finish what I wanted to do and walked away. After that, I didn't want to deal with him nor Red Robin anymore and I just left the place within seconds. There were many witnesses who saw this happen and they were shocked as well.
Just letting you guys know, this manager seems like a complete a$$hat and all the waitors/waitress that were working, were all slacking off at the time as well. I'm still quite disappointed that people like them work at Red Robin.

wow that was pretty shady but i think he probably did that because it was early and not a full house yet, so he's not too worried about making a scene.
but that sucked bad, dont let someone else ruin your evening,
next time , just call the manager over before you even eat and said the food is cold and negotiate the terms there
