Call Todd at Exhaust Works in Belmont. I'm not sure whether he does Ti welding, but he's been doing this stuff for decades and his rates are fantastic. Doesn't hurt to ask.

i tried opening it up to get it welded at 50-50 muffler here in san carlos, but the guy said, since it was wrapped with aluminum tape, he can't weld it anymore. the adhesive messed with the metal and now, it will just splatter. just wondering too, is that a direct bolt on to the ap2? or will i need different hangers?

Take it to Blacktrax, I'm sure Aki can fix it. Once its all fixed it'll be worth the trouble. Yes direct bolt on, any hangers will do. I suggest a test pipe or else your ears will bleed lol.

What do you mean? Will the test pipe make it quieter? Or will it lessen the drone?

I just decided to install the exhaust without repairs for now and it sounds great but the done really is horrendous. Can't hear my conversation much with my gf. How would a test pipe fix that? Wouldn't it makes the exhaust sound louder?
