recommendations for transmission R&R
My friends coworker is going to need a new transmission for her car. Any recommendations in the dublin/pleasanton area? not sure they will want to go far to Joey or up to sacramento...
Car is MY01 Acura CL Type-S Automatic.
Thanks folks

Precision Honda... ask for Kevin
On Wyoming St (just off of Stanley Blvd)
Pleasanton
925-462-7440
My parents started taking their Honda's to them 13 years ago when I stopped maintaining their cars. Average price, EXCEPTIONAL work. They did a better job on my parents cars than I did. And I actually cared for my parents cars!!!
They'll find you used transmissions/engines and warranty them as well.

yeah, its the same as the v6 accord there was a customer a couple months ago that had this leaky transmission. she said she had to refill it every other day. i told her to go to the dealer because i remembered there was some sort of recall. she came back 2 weeks later and gave me a gift card and was really thankful. she said the dealer covered everything, transmission and labor because honda stated that these transmissions were faulty. im just glad she didn't have to pay a cent.
