Yup. I make the trip to joeys in SSF from walnut creek (seems like weekly, haha) and make the trip to AI from walnut creek also far too often haha.

Is your yellow s2k the only car you take there?

I've seen it once I believe the first time I was there. Haven't seen it since. I've been there in a prius c, ml, and a nsx. holla if you see me

Yes sir that's me in the yellow. I'll be sure to say hi. I always try to introduce myself. My family takes a few of our cars there from time to time.

even though a few friends have shops in the Bay Area, i go to joey's for most of the work on my s2k. i've had basic maintenance done on a couple of my other cars by joey and his guys too. his prices are very reasonable and their work is very good. the fact that they have night hours is a definite plus for us working folks.

if you want work done during regular business hours, my buddies at motorsport techniques in hayward and auto HQ in redwood city are very good too. auto innovations also has a good rep. i haven't talked to steve in years, but a bunch of my friends are pretty close to him.
