that's how i feel about the cops in santa cruz, they sit at the bottom of a huge hill (speed limit 45MPH) and it becomes residential (not sure the speed limit) but they wait at where the change is, so one side of the block is residential, the other side is the big hill.. it doesnt really bother me too much, but theres like 4-5 cops just waiting to ticket people, and the people they mainly ticket? students getting off school..
