I got a fender roller that i keep around.
I have 255/40/17 9" wide +35 wheel

Cut as much of the bumper off for a roll you wont ever need to touch again.
IF you guys want, i can sell you mine or rent it out cheap with a deposit.

i've got a dremel... i suppose i could just cut the lip off the inside of the fender. my only concern would be that i'd be encouraging rust. any thoughts?

edit: he's offering me $40 for two and $60 for four fenders. hell of a deal if you want to give it a shot.

ok, looks like he's coming by my place at around 2pm this saturday. he says he has experience with S2000 rears but not fronts. i've already trimmed back the fender liner and mounting tabs on my fronts so i'm gonna give it a shot. i'm totally willing to have all four corners done on mine first and you can check out the work. shoot me a PM if you want to come by...!
