Maybe he wants a hard top and doesn't think he'll need the soft top any more.

dh01s2k - As far as we know, Randy is a good guy and wouldn't try to rip anybody off. If he shows up to tomorrow's Friday meet, I'm sure someone will inspect the soft top and report back.
