shotiable: that one s2k shot has 80% to do with the lighting, 20% with the post processing. yours looks like direct sunlight maybe taken around noonish, vs the sunset/sunrise (magic hour) time that the other s2k shot was taken. with that said, try to increase the brightness while playing with the levels/contrast/saturation in your pic. it still won't look as stunning as the other shot, but it'll definitely look better.
