So have you guys find it difficult to chirp 1st to 2nd? I can do it, but its like a hamster screaming.. so its a little *cheep*.

I find it quite easy to do. In fact, if the car is on a high crown road, the back end will snap to the downhill side.
However, this is kind of abusive on the drivetrain.

ahh if u do have a supercharger, you should be able to chirp easier , PPD = post per day?

i can get second as long as i maxed out in first and i hit second really hard

Yes, I do have a S/C and 4.44 gears BUT I'm referring to when I didn't and when I drive other people's STOCK cars. (I wouldn't tell you how easy it is unless I can relate it to what your situation is. A S/C would be like cheating.) A couple of local owners have wondered if their car is powerful enough to squawk 2nd. I would get in and in a very short time, show them that their cars are more than powerful enough to do it.
You don't really even need to rev it to redline in 1st. I generally prefer to just take it to about 7500 - 8000 rpm. You must shift extremely fast. Doing it too slow will lose too much speed and momentum. When you shift, you are beginning to move the stick about the same time you begin to push down on the clutch such that by the time the clutch is to the floor, the stick in clicked into 2nd already. Do not release the throttle quite as fully as you would in a "normal" shift. As soon as it is in 2nd, mash the throttle a split second before you "drop the clutch". It is almost like a "rolling clutch drop" - quite hard on the drivetrain if done repeatedly and frequently.
Knowing the proper technique, one can chirp 2nd in almost any manual car, even a GEO Metro. It doesn't mean you've got a powerful car, just that you know how to do this.
