Default purchasing RA1 tires, group buy

I can get a good deal on RA1s if we buy them in quantity from a guy I know in mtn view, he usually gives me good prices on mount/balance too. Last time I was there it was $800 out the door, 205/55/16 and 245/45/16 RA1. From my experience the only reliable way to beat the price is to go to America's Tire in Union City.

UnaB: 235/45/17 275/40/17
yamo: 205/55/16 245/45/16

anyone else? I'm going to call him in the morning.

I may be interested depending on the price. I just need the tires (no mounting and balancing) for now since my RA1s still have a few track events left.

I just told you the price, $800 out the door, less w/o mount+balance.

If you're in pittsburg you might as well just go to america's tire in union city, it's closer and you'll get about the same price. they're right next door to the toyo distro center.

Josh,

That's Pittsburgh, PA, not Pittsburg, CA. Plus the car stays here while I'm gone so if it's cheaper than buying it at the treadepot, I'll join in the group buy. I'm closer to Northstar (I think that's the place you are talking about).

Hey Josh,

Aaron can't do better than that? I realize the $50 rebate is over now, but his price back when was still under $700. Am I missing something here?

hmmm, you seem to be correct don! I'll have to call him and check the price, what you posted is about $10/corner cheaper.
