Default Protecting The Signature

What can we use to protect Mr. Uehara signature on our car?

Mine is on my radio cover. I was thinking some lacquer but figured it would be shiny. Thoughts?

Here is a thread in the Socal forum asking the same thing. https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=819387

I personally recommend just spraying some clear coat over it.

If he used a sharpie then I would do a practice run just to make sure the clear doesn't do anything funky to the sharpie ink. They make not so glossy clears.

Good luck Rob.

precisely why i couldn't have my radio door signed. For the fear of one day ruining it, or even worse, someone else smudging it with their fingers!

Pull it off and frame it. Replace with another radio door.

I'm going to find something to keep it in the car. I like seeing it while I drive.

Looking into a clear sticker, like a clear bra just to cover the signature.

I'd just clear bra the whole cover. It'd look weird to have just the signature covered IMO
