thanks! i've watched some youtube videos on dipyourcar.com's youtube page since dipping my emblems, and picked up some GREAT tips and techniques. i think i'll redo them this weekend. if i can find some jackstands or cinder blocks , i may do my wheels.

I think the novelty factor of being able to spray then peel is why most don't remove the badge. All you need to do is get a corner started with a toothpick and you can easily peel insides of the badge.

That actually looks pretty legit. I'm rocking an RYP-painted AP1 rear bumper but RYP is an infamously royal pain in the ass to color-match, so needless to say mine is noticeably a shade darker under certain lighting conditions. Still have the stock, pristine OEM bumper sitting in my garage, been contemplating swapping them back but I like the look of the black valance...this should do the trick. Thanks for the inspiration!
