Place to get rollbar installed/fabbed
Just wondering if anyone knows of a place that can fabricate a rollbar for the S2K and install it. I want one thats higher than the stock. I have heard a story about someone that flipped an S2K and broke their neck- this didn't come from the forums just someone I met while talking about auto-x.
So does anyone know of a reputable shop? Should I buy a bar and then just have them install it or will it be cheaper/more reliable to have them fabricate it?

If you don't intend to drive it on the street, great get the rollbar it'll provide a nice safety bonus(hell but a cage would probably be even better). However if you intend to street drive the car, a roll bar will be much more likely to kill you than save you(granted if you don't drive it much on the street it may still be a wash).
Why? The rollbar protects against an accident that is extremely uncommon from a statistics point of view, but makes the most frequent accident(the rear end collision) much more dangerous for you. Why? The fact is because of how roll bars are designed(so the soft top still works) there is little clearance between the back of your head and the rollbar. This is fine when racing because you're wearing a helmet to absorb and distribute the blow from the rollbar. However when you're driving on the street you have no such head protection.
The fact is that rear end collisions are much more likely than any roll over condition, if you drive it on the street, the added safety during roll over collisions is more than offset by the added risk during rear end collisions. Afterall how many rear end collisions happen everyday?
