yeah D&J hobby used to have a ton, they really fell off in the past few years.

I know there is one near Cambrian bowling alley in the Campbell/SJ area, and also on Blossom Hill near Sport Authority and Outback, they have some models there too.

I would recommend you just buy them on ebay, hella cheaper than any local hobby shops

I used to be heavy in this shiet. Let me know if you wanna borrow my airbrush and compressor

This one used to be in Mountain View at San Antonio shopping center, was my favorite hobby shop. I dont know what its like in their new location, but I'm sure they are still the best: http://www.sanantoniohobbys.com/

In Cambrian Plaza, mostly RC stuff but lots of paints and some models: http://www.rcunlimited.net/index.html

Blossom Hill Rd. near Hwy 85, small selection of plastic models: http://www.hobbytown.com/

A few others I found, but never tried:

When I was into building models, I went to all the shops and none in San Jose has good Japanese model kits except for RC Unlimited.

Best if you buy them on Ebay, for cheaper price too. There is also a hobby store in Japantown SF that has a shitload, I mean piles of them.

I think I still have a r32 skyline kit that I havent built, along with glue, paint and some other stuff, I'll hook it up if you want to buy it. Just pm me

Support your local hobby store, so they don't all disappear.

I get my RC stuff at Sheldons. They have a limited model car selection.
