Default Paypal is now 4.9% transaction fee?
I thought it was 3.1 or 3.3%... when did this 4.9% happen? Or am I missing something...

Paypal is now 4.9% for personal account?!!!

It looks like it... I was just wondering if I was reading it wrong.

4.9% is a ripoff! That is more than credit card companies charges businesses!

i have a premier account. paypal actually locked my account for a week cuz i started it and sold stuff right away. they thought it was suspectious and "high risk" o well, back to buffing...last stage to go the i get to sleep
