drove it straight there on my lunch break. was i supposed to drive it hard? maybe k&n air filter needs to be cleaned as well.

I meant Im surprised that it passed emissions, not visual. Might have to pick up a Mugen then!

i thought k&n fipk wouldnt pass the visual... or is it just because my k&n doesnt have the CARB legal sticker

I have carb sticker for K&N FIPK. Yours didn't come with one?

Driving your car "hard" or trying to get the car really hot usually wont do anything, on most OBD cars the cat will be fully work withing 3-5 mins of just idling. You HC (raw fuel) reading could be several things, like plugs that are worn out, cat failing, car not warmed up/still in open loop, ect BUT...... I noticed you CO (parttial burnt fuel) went down when the car was tested at 25mph too.. I think the biggest thing is the fact you have 0% O2 and 15.1% CO2. The CO2 is telling me your combustion is really efficant, maybe to efficant. And the fact that there is NO leftover O2, This is telling me that the car may be running just a tad on the lean side when at the low RPM. but you passed... so nothing to fix
