i'm a finance major, but doesn't necessarily have to be in that area. i'm pretty much open to any part time job with decent pay. thanks for the help guys. very appreciated.

being a finance major, i wouldn't be surprised if you can somewhat easily find internship jobs to start out with. i know for a fact that all my finance friends out of college EASILY got jobs over my IT people. not sure if the demand's still up there, but getting an internship while still in school will give you that extra advantage when you graduate to get the better jobs.

all this, and not to mention that some internships pay extremely well (see applied materials, sun, cisco etc...).
