papatopS2 Update
I just got the word from the insurance Co. that the car is totaled, which I knew anyway. 
The good thing is that they are giving me $29,600. Here some pictures after the tow Co. got it back up the hill, for $1800.

I think that if I get another S I will wait till the end of the summer for the 06's. Two other things I am playing with is a new Mini Cooper S conv. or I also have a guy with a 99 BMW Z3, black with 18000miles, 2.8 liter for $1.00 per mile.It is in showroom condition. All the crap that you can see in the interior of the car turns out to be poison oak, a couple days after the accident I wokeup with the worst case of poison oak I have ever had. I had to go to the Dr. for shots.
