take your door panel off and pop it out from the inside, see how it looks like then. if it doesnt bother you then you can save some money.
Yeah I tried that earlier, but the rest of the door was in the way and taking off all the other components is I believe a hassle, but I haven't attempted it yet.
I wouldn't try it if I were you, you might create all sorts of mini dents and ripples trying to take it out without the experience to know how it will react to the corrective forces you apply. Let someone who is experienced at dent removal do it.

I had an incident at Santa Row where someone kicked my door in. Although it didnt look as bad as this, it was still annoying bothersome in my eyes. I had that PDR guy that we had for a dent day late last year pull it out & I cant even tell it was there.

I'd definitely look in to something like this & because it was a dent day event, the rates were cheaper. Good luck!

As of now, I'm probably going to attempt a plunger pull that I found with quite high reviews on Amazon. The dent itself is actually very smooth and round with no creases so I'm hoping a few pulls with the plunger will make it look better on the eyes. If that fails or isn't up to how I kind of want it to be, I'm going to find someone who could do a PDR for me. But all in all, this was a completely unnecessary expense to me. Too many haters out there. I was already paranoid enough about the S...but this experience is not going to inhibit the joys that this car brings me.

Finally got around to pulling the dent out with the plunger. Most of it I was also to pull and will just have someone touch up the rest of the area sometime later. Looks much better than before. I don't notice it as often, but it is still painful to look at. Sorry for the crappy iPhone pics.

After the first pull, already looking better.

After a few more pulls:

As for the review for the plunger, it is super strong and didn't leave any markings on the paint. I was able to lift a large marble table with it.

This is the exact same thing that happened to me....haha did you have any problems with just using a plunger? I feel like my paint would chip if i used it. My dent seems a bit worse than yours and its on my rear quarter panel.

The plunger didn't leave any marks at all. I guess my dent was spherical so it was a easy to pull. There is just a little bit to touch up on that I am hoping a person can do for me.

Link to the plunger thing? I'm curious as I have a perfect spherical dent on my trunk that I may try the plunger on.

You should try heating up the dent as Noodler suggested. It would seem to help with the pull.
