Anyone had a paint bubble on their car? I walked out today and noticed a small bubble about the size 1/8th" on the little strip on the back between the trunk and the top.... the little piece that is only about a inch wide and 4 " long. I poked at it and it kinda came up but I left it alone after that. Tried to take a picture of it, but my camera doesn't do closeups that well. There is white underneath it,not sure if that is the primer or whatever underneath.
Anyone else had this problem? I have touchup... but I'm not sure what the best solution in this case would to be.

Yeah.. well go figure.. I went down to Menlo this morning. First thing out of the guys mouth was practically "this isn't covered under warantee." So they said come back later when Chuck strolls in.... great... I have a lotta faith in that guy..../end sarcasm
do you know what the basis for why it was covered under warantee? The guy's said he thought it was acid or something dropped on the car, but I think that'd be hard to prove as that is the ONLY spot.
thanks in advance...

mine was obvious that the paint was layed down unevenly. In different lighting situations, mine was obvious that some areas looked more like overspray than an area actually painted. good luck.

Ash - try going to a different Honda dealership and get a different opinion. I am sure warranty work doesn't have to be done at the same place you bought the car.

Alright.. here's the latest...
So I gets the call from Menlo and they say my car is going to be gone 5 full days for the part to be taken off, replainted, matched and put back on.
They will NOT pay for rental car because this is covered by "Honda factory warantte, not Menlo Honda or Honda of NA or ..."
This is some BS... if the work being done is warantee covered.. why am I not being provided a replacement car for a full week of work? I might as well own a ford.
