s2k-takara used to .. but he doesnt work there anymore.
i dont have much experience with them but they hosted a groupbuy for fujitsubo exhausts for an amazing price so i had to jump on it.

seems like gruppe-s has experienced some "growing pains" in recent years as they've expanded their business and started catering to a wider range of vehicles.
personally, i've had only good experiences w/them, but i'm local and never had anything shipped or installed by them. i browse several forums though and have noticed the # of complaints picking up. most of the issues appear to be customer service/shipping/order fulfillment related, which, again, tends to occur more frequently as businesses grow.
overall, gruppe-s is a reputable establishment w/very good prices & products, but i do think they could do a little more to address their customer service & staffing issues. no disprespect to them intended, but they (and other "tuner shops") really should focus on hiring more qualified employees w/more customer service, sales, &/or technical experience (especially their installers). too many businesses are staffed by unknowledgable & unprofessional "kids," and that's how a large # of them suffer.

gruppe blows. Took like 10 hours to install a simple set of coilovers! idiots, dont even come out to say they be taking that long. it seemed like no one there knew i was waiting in their shop for 10 freaking hours!
screwed me on the price also. Basically said the price they gave me was just for the part and install was another charge after they finished the job,what a bunch of idiots. they are like a bunch of college kids in a dorm no organization skills. clowns!

bought some cusco and tien stuff there waaay back and didn't have any issues. nothing was installed though so no comments there. i'd recommend dsr in san jose for any installs or vafc tuning in southbay or joey if you're nearer up north.
