Opinions on local shop gruppe-s
Hey folks, just wondering if you had experience buy stuff from gruppe-s in hayward. Just want to know if you were satified with them. Pm me if you do not wish to post. Thank you in advance. So far i emailed them several times about buying some parts and no replies, i dont know if thats a bad sign.

i had times where i tried to order parts and they told me they'll get back to me..but never did. so when i called..they said they totally forgot and didnt have the stuff i was looking for in stock. kinda waste of my time..so i never went back

They are a bit unorganized it seems, and do take awhile to respond. But they're good ppl, and are legit. I don't think they're ignoring you or ppl, just a bit unorganized atm.

i will never order anything or deal gruppe-s again. they messed up my wheel order TWICE which led me to cancelling. the only thing that WAS good about them was their tuner, Mike, but i believe he left.
