A dispute thru paypal? What a joke. As long as you show paypal all the emails you transacted with him, there is no way paypal will make you return his payment. He's being ridiculous. I hope all goes well man.

 

Don't be so sure. I've been screwed before by Paypal.

just make sure you take all your money out of paypal if its not too late. and if they give you a negative balance you can tell them to F off.. well thats what i'd do. paypal always screws the seller.

 

take your money out of ur paypal account. remove your cc. pretty much leave your account for dead

at the same time, keep all your email transaction, pms, and pictures. print out your fs ad, print out convos and everything and save it incase you need it.

i dunno how this guy is going to win the $. all he can claim is misrepresentation but no where in your post does it say what kind of cage it is and if he was unsure, he should have asked. and if paypal asks you to describe the situation, make it crystal clear that you posted the picture to show what kind of product it was and you were never asked if it was the through the dash or around kind. if something is unclear, it's up to the person who is unclear and confused to get a clearer answer. it's clear to some folks from the picture that it's not the through the dash kind, but if the guy is lacking in some substance up top, he should have asked. not your issue.
