Default opinion needed..

so ive sold my cusco cage so a guy on the east coast. after recieving numerous of PM's and dealing with him over and over..he tells me he really wants the cage and and asks me to ship it to him..i was kinda iffy about it because of the shipping cost but he agreed to pay for it anyways. so i shipped it to him and about a week later he PM'd me asking me to call him..so i did. he tells me theres a problem..that he doesnt want the cage now because its not the one he thought it was. he said he thought it was the cage that goes around the dash and not through and that he needs this resolved. i told him that i did post a clear picture of how the full cage looks like but he said he still thought it was the one that goes around the dash even though he had told me that he had a full cage that goes around the dash beforeand the only reason he bought mines was because mines has the harness bar and his didnt. so he tells me again.."i dont know what you want to do..but i need this resolved and i dont want the cage". so i told him that i can PM him a couple of names of people who were interested in the cage after i sold it..but he wants me to deal with those guys to get rid of the cage for him. i figured if he had a full cage before like he said..he should know what it looks like. let me know what you guys think i should do about it..i honestly think its out of my hands and its more of his problem..but thats just me. thanks in advance.

heres a picture of the cage.

his issue now. that's why you ask questions before you buy. picture was posted and if you can't tell from the pic whether or not it was the kind that went through or around the dash, ask. you didn't misrepresent by saying it was something it's not. done deal.

his solution = put it back up for sale.

if you want to be nice, give him the names of the folks interested, but you're not obligated to and it's not your job to scout for potential buyers for him.

if you clearly posted pictures and a clear description of it nothing is your fault, you did everything correct as a seller. His best bet is to just resell it. goodluck
