I don't have much experience with EVO motors, but 130psi for a one year old car sounds pretty low. My old Celica All-Trac was 8.6:1 and compression was 165psi!!! But low compression would just lead to being too rich so it must be me.

Even is definitely better than not. But there is a minimum specification for compression.
But honestly, there are so many ways to do a compression check that can lead to bogus answers. Your compression is probably fine. Because like I said before, low compression would dictate a RICH mixture.
Maybe this is just an EVO thing... kind of like how the S always run leanest on cyl #4 (so I've heard) kind of thing.

Another thing too... have you been driving the car hard or soft? Driving the car hard definitely could lean out the plug. But driving the car very easily can do that too. Federal emissions and gas mileage requirements are a motherfckr.

I do both types of driving... pretty soft around town unless I feel the need for speed.. Haha.
But running lean in ONLY one cylinder... that's what got me worried.

You said you got new injectors and a tune. I'm not sure if they can be adjusted individually but a swap of injectors will narrow things down. If the lean cylinder follows the injector then you know it's a bad injector if not then I guess it could be the tune. I think the computer would catch a loose injector connection?
Oh on the compression check did you only do one pump or was that several pumps till it reached max pressure.
