I'm looking for a shop in the bay that I can drop my car off at that has all the equipment to remove my wheels/tires and powder coat the rims without having to make trips to multiple locations. I've been looking on google maps businesses and the vendors recommended on this site, but no luck. Does such a place exist?

 

Not really. If you want something like that, then you will want to talk to an auto shop that will pull the parts off and drop them off at the powdercoaters for you and store the car until the part comes back.

 

wheel techniques in santa clara will do that, but there is a price to pay for the one stop shop,

 

There's a place in Walnut Creek but you pay a hefty fine for all of that

 

I saw wheel techniques mentioned in another thread, but their yelp reviews are less than stellar. Does anyone have experience with shops that are willing to take something like this on even if it means shipping my wheels to a powder coater? I'm willing to absorb a "hefty fine" if it will get the job done. Something in the south bay would be preferred since I'm located in Sunnyvale.
