As for the insurance not going up, that is NOT true at all - any claim where the insurance has to pay out you will pay them back at some point! State Farm's rule is any claim that exceeds $750 and you will be penalized (fault or no fault)....

i've been using state farm and they've always lowered my reate without me asking...but then again my insurance agent at state farm is a family friend

You live on San Bruno ave? How come I haven't seen you around? My RSX was key'ed over and over again. One thing I learn though, is that it's always a good idea to install the plates as soon as you get them from the DMV. Haters + new cars = scratches. =(
