Question Oil leak from rear passenger side

I posted this in the UTH section and posting it here again to see if any of the local people can shine some light into this situation:

While I was vacuuming my car today I noticed that the car was leaking oil from the rear. I jacked the car up and noticed that it was leaking through a small rubber pipe from the rear (in front of the rear passenger wheel). I haven't driven the car in two weeks and before that I did not notice any leaking from the car.

I am really not sure what the liquid was that was leaking from the car but it seemed to be red and very sticky, similar to honey.

Here are some pictures:

This is the picture of the leak (I apologize for the horrible cell phone pictures):

At a closer look:

To get a feel of where the location is:

The "basics" about cars is at most what I know and any help on what caused/what fluid would be very helpful. I am taking the car in to the dealership for them to check it out and hopefully it would be covered by warranty if it is a problem.

Any feedback is very much appreciated.

yeah it could be gas... gas is dyed to prevent mistaking it for something else and drinking it

Another thing it could be is the drain from the convertible top space.
Not sure why it would be like honey? Not sure if the motor for top has a gear reduction tranny but if it does it could be that?

I looked in the manual last night real quick but didn't see anything. I'll look again later and let you know if and what I found.

I'm guessing with mac. either that or its a rain gutter of some sort. it looks like its for draining. so maybe its doing its job and you could have buildup of some sort like rain, sap and all other stuff?

I totally could be wrong.
