Went to Vallejo for a family party. I noticed that my brakes were squealing so I wanted to see if the Oil changer Store could bleed some fluid out.
I approached the store getting ready to park when an Employee from Oil Changer came out and yelled "That $hit ain't hot", "Your $hit ain't hot".
Then his coworker started walking towards my direction and yelled to me "What it do....What it do....?" all the while his hands were both up as if he wanted to taunt me to fight.
I stopped but thought it would be best to just drive off. I figured it would not be wise to engage with these hooligan's. (Just yet....)
So I decided to call the store manage on Monday, the Manager proceeded to ask what I had to done provoke them, then he asked what kind of car do I drive. I said it made no difference as I was a customer needing help with my vehicle. The manager then said "Well my guys probably talk stuff if to you cause your car may have been a fast and furious car". He then again asked what kind of car do I drive.
My Impression of this manager was that I was at fault and that it was probably due to my car that invoked the taunting. And it seemed that he had not seen a big issue with his employees. With that I asked to speak to the main office.
Hopefully after today I will be hearing back from Oil Changers management as to what they had done to rectify the problem.

Seriously, what do you expect from going to a business like that. You know better. ![poke.gif](https://www.s2ki.com/forums/images/smilies/poke.gif)
An employee's attitude is generally a reflection of the manager's attitude. Poor managers make for poor employees.

Obviously the manager doesn't know anything about management.

maybe one of those guys was the manager mike.
also. why didn't you just bring it to me? I would have done it for you. I could have yelled "what it do, what it do" just for you.
