I had spoken to Kent over at Endless USA and Rishie and these apparently (correct me if I am wrong) were rebuilt but rebuilt because of customer complaints on the rear not dropping the car as low as they would like. So these were pretty much set to the newer Zeal B6 specs, not really rebuilt because of a lot of abuse/use? More of an upgrade, sorta.

They only need to be rebuilt if you have a problem with them, its not nessasary after a certain milage. Its approx 100 per corner to rebuild and its done in LA. Took about a week to do. Reason for this rebuild was I lowered the rear too much and the fitting on the bottom leaked out the fluid.

Thats partially correct. I had them rebuilt when I got them so I could lower the rear more, not because of any problems.
