Default OEM Cat with CELfix

I am having a hard time taking out the spark plug foulers extensions (CELfix) for my Invidia testpipe. I need to get my smog checked and was wondering if there would be a problem if I left the spark plug foulers on with the OEM cat. Will there be an errors? Do you think I can still pass the smog is basically what I am asking. HELP!!!

if you left the fouler on the cat with the O2 sensor, it won't get the correct readings. therefore, still give you a CEL. trust me, i've been that lazy route before lol.

The defouler gets stuck on the O2 sensor. So when you are switching the O2 sensor from test pipe to the oem cat, it's a bit challenging to separate the defouler from the O2 sensor. I'm lazy so I don't bother separating them. The cat only comes on once every 2 years anyways
