I live right near the sleezy-8 in Newark. It's the meca for drug deals/prostitution in this area. About once every other week I hear gunshots go off and fights and screaming and such. but there's been a few people here who've been to my house who can attest to the neighborhood I live in. Quiet as hell. Only one house break-in, and my dad left his GPS on the bracket on the window with the doors unlocked one night, so naturally it was missing (but that'd happen anywhere, really).

All it takes is one street to separate the good from the bad . Alarmed garage/house FTW!
