I love that color, it's awesome.

I've seen some a 360 CS in that color, but not a 430 yet.

I believe I saw this car as well. I was attending a NSX club event in Marin months ago with my friends (don't have an NSX anymore) and we met at Ferrari of San Francisco. While waiting for others to arrive, this Smurf Blue F430 drives up, takes care of some business at the dealership and then leaves. His plate was IPOD 430 or 430 IPOD. The owner probably works at Apple.

It looks more lavendar in that picture than smurf-blue. For smurf blue, check out the E46 M3 blue, or the 90-93 Miata blue.

The car actually looks pretty sharp in the photo.

Yeah if it was custom ordered, the client can have pretty much any color he wants from the factory! It's a pretty bold color for any car but on a F430, it's just plain stunning - however come resale time that will be a 30-40k ding at least and much harder to sell I'm sure.....

But I guess this guy isn't worrying about resale - thanks for the pic, quite rare for sure.

I think the Porsche dealer up north has a darker blue F430 (6-speed) with red leather interior that still can't sell. If it was any other color interior/exterior combo it would have been long gone!

If it's in Palo Alto, that small house can be worth well over a million. There's a lot of buyers that snatch up the old homes there and demolish them to build brand new big houses.
