around 1:30PM, had a Silverstone AP2 with removed windshield tape, black emblems, dark gunmetal painted stock ap2 v1's, and a missing exhaust tip cut me off on ocean ave

During lunchtime today in Mountain View off of Plymouth/Shoreline
