Spotted an Ap2 Sebring with topdown smashing in and out of traffic on 101N around 7:30 from great america pkwy to moffett field with a smile on his face.

Spotted that same silver AP1 in the LPC Campus parking lot, closer to the 200 building.
Driver had a red shirt on and I think brown hair??

Spotted another silver turning right on Castro Valley Blvd, possibly heading to the freeway, Hayward, or McDonald's, LOL.
I was going too fast to take my flip out of my purse.
Spotted that same silver AP1 in the LPC Campus parking lot, closer to the 200 building.
Driver had a red shirt on and I think brown hair??
