-6:30pm Spotted Silver AP2 w/ white chic and her dog in it driving on 19th Ave. heading southbound.
-6:45pm spotted around 280S Eastmoor exit GPW AP2 w/ Asian guy in shades top down, lowered, front lip, mugen spoiler? with machine-gun looking like aftermarket exaust. Waved at you and u nodded ur head. I exit at HW35 Eastmoor Exit but u went Pacifica

AP1 SS Parked on first street Benicia, yesterday around 10am
AP2 SS East Military by Safeway, drove right past me and didn't acknowledge the
