I'm going to do a little bit of work on my 04S2K.
and I want some people's opinion about the detail list that I want...

These are just cosmetic looks...

CF MG Style Vent Hood leaving it CF of course - something like this
CF JDP Spoiler
CF Trunk
Bronze RPF1 Rims
1 inch lower than it is right now

I'm kind of debating if I should do this or not...
I haven't seen any rio s2k being like this, and I don't have such a good imagination to think of how it's gonna look like... anyone got a general idea of it?

 

Even though you may not find one identical to this part list, im sure you can find similar setups in contrast scheme on the boards. Try searching the Gallery for pics.

Vu is running a CF hood on his S2K so you can get an idea of how it would look with your color car. Eddie; red@9K is running a CF hood & trunk with a CF duckbill spoiler so that should give you even a closer ide of the contrasting. Bronze rims always looks good & you can look at MugenAP2's yellow S2K with the Bronze MF10s to get an idea of that as well - his car is pretty popular on the boards.

I'd paint it. That's just me.

 

I'm not the kind into bare cf look either. But once you paint it, your resale value take a hit unless you able to sell it to another car with same color.

 

It potentially does appeal though to those of the same color & could work as an incentive; saves time & money for the bodyshop work - given the paint match is close which is hit or miss. Always a trade off.

 

Eh, second thought, not gonna get the CFs. I might do the DIY vent lol
