Default NOR-CAL TO BECOME LIKE SO-CAL

i guess im looking to hear opinions on this topic from you guys and gals

the present is that socal has the shops and parts plus more peeps willing to spend money on there cars....result is more a modded scene

US=less modded scene stock dominates

but there has been a shift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i see that from the time i have hoped on i see more people puttings parts on there cars and really starting to take that leap into the import scene..

i see it start like a mod virus once someone starts it just spreads
plus after more s2ki drives,dinners,carshows and meets i think we have a strong s2ki family growing and people more willing to get involved...
which im very thankful for and also for being welcomed

so tell me what you see as the future for s2ki bayrarea....

I totally agree with Richard.
I've met a lot of cool friends through the Bay Area forum and seeing you guys mod your car makes me want to get parts very soon.

I'm in the market for suspension and exhaust for now. I'll work my way up slowly.

And I do agree with Washasi that we do need more group drives or more events alike. This brings the community closer one step at a time.

And lastly, I've been in another car forum slash club and never had this kind of experience. You guys are far out cooler and its not just about cars. I mean some of us hang out on days w/o any meets or events.

i think s2ki bay area has a strong future. with people like rich, vu, and joey leading us we're looking good. the bay area already has a good foundation to start off from and hopefully in a couple years our cars will be far from stock since we all prolly have our own "secret plans" for our own s.

i agree that we need more group drives too just cause the drives are awesome, a lot of fun, and everyone is there.
