They'll ticket all show cars as they roll in unless it's on a trailer.
I guess the promoters are not local since they obviously forgot about this issue...haha

Cops are a little more strict in that area but just stay within speed limit, try to neatrul it when passing a cop and hopefully you will be fine. I work in Foster City & I haven't been pulled over yet with my loud single exhaust
BTW this meet is not too far from the freeway exits, so hopefully nobody gets pulled over in that 1-2 block radius

Man why is everyone getting all butthurt on this. I see nothing wrong with them wanting to screen cars. Whose to say they want a crazy ass modified cars? We don't know that. They could just be weeding out the people that don't have painted panels, or wheels only or something of that nature.
I can tell you from a spectator and participant in shows that seeing a civic with unpainted bumpers in a show is just ridiculous. I think it actually detracts from the show. People don't pay money to go look at cars like that.
I think everyone needs to relax. It's their show and they can run as they see fit. If you don't agree with it then don't show. Simple as that.

Exactly why I won't show my car, who the heck wants to see how hideous a stock S looks like lowered with stock wheels. Not me
