No More Smog Tests For Us!
Saving a bit of time and money for us 
"Depending on what you’re driving in 2013, you could save a few bucks when it comes to getting your smog test.
Cars made in the year 2000 or later will no longer require a tail pipe emissions test. The new law is meant to save motorists money and time."

We still have to Smog test, it's only the method that's changing.

That is why when I got a smog test earlier today, it only took the guy like 5-10 mins. Still had to pay. Thought we just go to get visual inspection and that's good enough. Oh well, at least I was there quick.
