calbear, do you live in avenue 64? why do u say it is the best?

Well I'm pretty sure it's the most expensive, lol. It is brand new and is billing itself as a "luxury" type apartment complex, so it should be one of the nicest, if not the nicest, places you will find in Emeryville.

I just moved to Emeryville, so I have spent quite some time in the past year scouting out potential places to live in Emeryville. In my opinion, Avenue 64 is the best Emeryville has to offer. But you should definitely go check it out (take a tour there or something), and check out other places in Emeryville, to see for yourself if that's where you'd like to live.

i kno the apartments above bay street are like 2k a month for a 2bedroom. i used to work downstairs lol

i looked at the bay st apartments but i heard the parking is a bitch and my friend who lives there says the trains are really really loud
