lookin for a 1 br. I was looking at the marina bay however i am unfamiliar with that area. Is that a nice area? peaceful? quiet? im getting too old to live the ghetto lifestyle. Its a little far but the rent is so cheap. Why did you decide to move to marina bay?

most of the nicer apartments in berkeley are managed by panoramic interests - http://www.panoramicmanagement.com/

i used to live at the allston lofts. i think rent went up since then but their website lists a 1br at $1500.

i chose to move over there just cuz im tired of having roommates and me and gf live together so we just got a 1 bedroom its a really nice quiet community. and like 1/2 of it is actually owned by the community as in they bought the apartment. and marina bay owns 3 apartment complexes. marina bay has a nice lake going through it and a gated entry with tons of parking and that goes for all the other properties minus the lake. lol but its a nice place. its right by the freeway about 1/2 mile to the freeway entrance. the rest of richmond i dont kno about haha
