TP is not smog legal, you wont pass with it on. You can always use your stock cat to pass, then swap it out.
All exhaust will have some drone. You can learn to drive around it for the most part.

Certainly debatable.
Some people say the Comptech has "no drone".
It's a difficult term to quantify.

i wish it was that easy. the management has been cracking down on those kind of behaviors.
