Well i came from 1990 Miata(SC Then FM2). I am roaster kinda guy, i love the drop top light weight,nimble,direct feel. My 1990 when it was SC(it's about as fast as the S(but the old chassic can't compare to the S). When it's was FM2 if we talking about straight line, that would not be a contest. My FM2 will walk away
from the S at any speed. My Miata got stolen and it's was easy decision. I wish
my S weight as much as Miata(2300).

I've always admired friends cars and always wanted one for myself. I came up from driving a '95 Escort Wagon. But I do a lot of extracurricular activities (white water rafting, camping, mountain biking). So I essentially picked up 2 cars (My S and my Odyssey)
I was a passenger in friends sports cars for over 12 years, now I am just enjoying being a driver for once.

my reasons:
1. Life is good and needed a brand new sports car.
2. Wanted a sexy droptop.
3. Need more attention from the opposite sex. <---- this turns out to be BS since most Asian girls like BMWs or Mercedes
4. Other: wanted something definitely rare and unique
bought a brand new S over new G35 and used boxster S
