Well, a speed limit is a speed limit. You can already get a ticket for going 1MPH over the speed limit! You are also only supposed to drive the speed limit when it is safe to do so(No fog, rain, etc).

Driving Under the Influence

I think some states call it "DWI", too...

Basically, driving when you are drunk. Or if you have taken a medication that makes you very drowsy and unable to drive a vehicle in a safe manner.

Kaan you had to know this in order to pass the driving test. LOL
