thanks everyone for your input, i greatly appreciate it. ive been searching day and night for the right car + deal and im leaning more towards the x5 myself. Reason being is ive heard some issues with the m3's with reliability factor i dont want to have to buy a 30-40K m3 to have it die on me by 60K and maybe its just my way of justifying not to get one in my head but i think i would spend so much money on mods lol I JUST CANT HELP IT!!!

im looking at an x5 later this weekend hopefully it goes thru

my vote goes for a prius or the civic hybrid. Save's you lots

Out of the two i'd pick the e46 only because i have a friend with a very problematic x5.
