Sara,

Just curious what they broke on your S? Exterior or Interior???
It is a long horrible story but here is the somewhat short version:

Took my brother in law's IS300 for a detail, they replaced the licence plate hole cover with a black one... the car is pearl! They denied it! I swore to never take my car there ever again.

-Idiot Moment-

In very big hurry, needed it washed fast. Took it there even though I really shouldn't have. Get to work and my left side blinker is hanging out!! Bastards! They had broken it and just laid it back in place so I wouldn't notice!!

Never ever again (for real) will I ever take it there!!

I love washing my own car but sometimes I need it done in 30 minutes, not three hours! I also live in a place where I can't wash my car. I can for now while the apartment next to mine is empty but once someone moves in I will have to stop.

I also work somewhere my car gets really dirty so I have to wash it often. I guess no one has the same issue. Everyone seems to just have the time to do it! I use to when I had a garage because it could be done once a month instead of once a week!
